She has presented and published materials on a variety of health-related issues. She is on the faculty of Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Connie is an experienced home care nurse and administrator. With over 30 years of home care experience, she has worked in clinical, leader-ship and regulatory roles. Her background spans assisted living, private duty, and Medicare-certified agencies. She is also a part-time surveyor for the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and serves on the faculty of Bethel University.

Ebyan is our supervising R.N., overseeing care both at our Brooklyn Park group home facility and delivered in homes and residential communities throughout the Metro Twin Cities area. She's a graduate of the University of Sharjah, Sharjah UAE, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Registered Nurse (MN License #244890-3), and Basic Life Support Certified by the American Heart Association.

A graduate of Century College in St. Paul, Nasmath was previously an Registered Nurse specializing in home care patients at Fairview Home Care and Hospice. She is also wound-care certified by the National Alliance of Wound Care. Prior to moving to the Twin Cities, she was a Registered Nurse with the National Institute of Public Health in Benin, where she also held certificates in biology and chemistry.
